A bit about ildiko
After obtaining her degree as a Civil Engineer, Ildiko (pronounced “il-dee-koh”) began her professional career with a large developer in Europe where she gained valuable experience working on residential and commercial projects.
In early 2000 Ildiko relocated to London, England where she gained property management and worked with the Asset Management division of a Real Estate Investment firm where she negotiated financing terms with lenders and contractors. This period in Ildiko’s career allowed her to develop a more expansive and holistic view of the relationship between real estate and finance.
Ildiko immigrated to Canada in 2013 and shortly began working for one of Canada’s largest banks in their corporate Real Estate group. She continues to be active in the real estate and financial services community by mentoring women and newcomers to Canada. It is this experience and passion that Ildiko brings to her profession as a Mortgage Agent.
