A bit about Andrew
Andrew is the Managing Director and Founder of Bay Hill Financial, a commercial mortgage and capital advisory firm focused on construction financing, income-producing real estate, and business lending across Canada.
Andrew brings over 20 years of experience spanning elite athletics, global business exposure, and institutional real estate finance. He began his career as a Division I NCAA basketball player at Sacred Heart University, where he earned an athletic scholarship and accumulated over 1,000 career points. Following graduation, Andrew played professional basketball internationally, living in 15 countries and traveling to more than 40 across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America—an experience that shaped his discipline, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure.
After a decade as a professional athlete, Andrew transitioned into finance, earning an academic scholarship to attend Henley Business School in Henley-on-Thames, England. He completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on corporate finance, governance, strategy, and leadership.
Andrew subsequently worked in real estate finance with one of Canada’s largest banks, advising both individual and institutional clients. Over his career, he has participated in and advised on more than $2.8 billion in loan volume across construction, multifamily, and income-producing real estate assets.
In addition to his professional work, Andrew remains actively involved in mentorship and community initiatives, serving on various boards and supporting programs focused on education, leadership development, and youth engagement.
