A bit about Alan
Alan has a background in business management and civil service. He holds a mortgage agent license in Ontario and has been a real estate investor for over 7 years in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas.
Alan is an entrepreneur. At a young age, he started a digital marketing company that focused on helping small to medium sized businesses connect with customers and clients. Alan wanted to give back through service and joined the Army with the Canadian Armed Forces and later on in his career, the Royal Canadian Air Force. He gives credit to his experience in the military for his professional and personal growth, as well as the alignment of his principle values of integrity, loyalty and excellence.
Alan has always been involved in the community and understands the importance of giving back. He has volunteered and chaired initiatives with various organizations such as the Children’s Aid Society, Habitat for Humanity, SickKids, United Way, YMCA, Variety Village and several food banks across Ontario.
Alan has coached and mentored many youth basketball players in the GTA by creating a positive learning environment where they can develop their basketball skills, discipline, teamwork, accountability, independence and leadership. They acquire life-skills that are directly transferable to everyday life to prepare them for competitive sports and life after sports. Each player has an academic responsibility to ensure their success with some achieving athletic or academic college scholarships in Canada and the USA.
Alan ultimately pursued a career in residential and commercial mortgages to fulfill his passion in real estate as well as helping people succeed and achieve their goals.
